Policies

• Orangerie Gardens ships by using USPS ground. You have the option to choose priority for an increased cost. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based upon box size, weight and location. If you are in a rush, priority shipping is recommended.

• I only ship within the continental United States which usually takes 3-7 business days.

• At times I may have to swap similar flowers based upon available inventory, but I will never compromise the high quality of the finished product.

• Each wreath is uniquely created, if you have a concern with your wreath please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue. I am willing to accept a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery to you. You will be responsible for return shipping and the item arriving in resellable condition.

• Your wreath will be on its way to you within 3- 7 business days, unless it is a custom order then it will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after the design is finalized, sometimes sooner.
